Join us to start the Holiday Season on Nouveau Release Day!!!
Because of its quick three-day fermentation before pressing, Beaujolais Nouveau misses the astringent tannins normally found in red wine. A quaffing wine, Beaujolais Nouveau is easy to drink, fruity and zesty and should be served slightly chilled. It can be measured a success merely by its existence, being the harbinger and the embodiment of the new vintage. They made wine; it was a good year! In 2008, nature smiled and it was. Expectations for quality are high!
